2) Is the wall adapter plugged in the power outlet?

3) Does the power outlet work?
(normal conditions: yes)
4) Does the charger work when plugged in another power outlet?
(normal conditions: yes)
5) Are you using the included wall adapter 2Amp Out? Does it work?
(normal conditions: yes)
6) Do you see any exposed electrical cables?
(normal conditions: no)
7) Does a red light shine from below the charger when plugged in?
(normal conditions: yes)
B. INSTALLATION ERRORS
8) Is the charger completely inserted into the hole in the furniture?
(normal conditions: yes)
9) Did you fi x the charger in place using the provided screws?
(normal conditions: yes)
10) Did you follow the instructions to place the wireless charging spot sticker on the charging spot?
Is it accurate?

C. WORKING CONDITIONS - PHONE/CASE ISSUES
11) Is your smartphone listed in the offi cial compatibility list?
(normal conditions: yes)
12) Are you using a phone case with metal on it?
(normal conditions: no)
13) Is your case more than 3mm thick?
(normal conditions: no)
14) Is your phone running on the newest software update?
(normal conditions: yes)
15) Has your phone been dropped or sustained any damage prior to using the wireless charger?
(normal conditions: no)
16) When you correctly place a smartphone on the charging spot, a single beep is emitted. If the
smartphone is not compatible, three beeps are emitted.
