The valve ball (1.3) and the cylinder pressure spring (1.4) are safety component which prevent air
from entering the hammer before the trigger (1.6) is actuated.
Don't forget to check these parts for damage and, if necessary, renew.
- Tap out trigger pin (1.7).
- Remove trigger (1.6).
- Tap out tension sleeve (1.8).
7. Forcing out bush:
As the bush (7) is a press fit in the cylinder (8) it should be removed only if it requires renewal.
