FRY 1180
After immersing the bucket (9) with food, pay attention
to not let oil leak from the appliance.
To prevent this from happening, behave as follows:
• do not overload the bucket (9) with food;
• make sure that, before immersing the bucket (9) in oil, all
food is properly dry;
• before frying frozen food, remove any ice crystals which
may be present;
• immerse the bucket (9) with the food in oil for a short period,
then extract it and, after a few seconds, immerse it once
again for cooking.
Avoid moving the appliance if it's still hot.
Burns danger!
•
During frying, hot steam leaks from the lid-filter (4). Keep your hands and face at a
safety distance from steam. Pay attention to hot steam when the lid (2) opens.
•
Do not use the appliance to fry rice cakes (or similar) to avoid excessive oil and
grease sprays.
•
Always use good-quality grease or oil which are suitable for frying.
Lard, margarine ad butter are not advised.
•
The food to fry must be, as far as possible, of the same size and of non excessive
thickness.
•
Do not let the fryer heat unnecessarily; oil itself will last longer.
Reduce the set temperature at the minimum value between two different frying
sections.
