Do not use the fryer without oil or grase. The appliance is
damaged if it gets dry heated.
The fryer is equipped with a thermal safety device.
In case of a thermostat failure, the electrical circuit
automatically disconnects, avoiding the overheating.
Do not dissolve grease blocks directly in the oil container (8).

Grease the inspection porthole (3)
inner part with oil to avoid conden-
sation formation and to make the
cooking compartment inside more
visible.
•
Close the lid (2) on the appliance
body until you hear the fixing "click" .
•
Make sure that the filter (5) is correct-
ly placed.
•
Connect the power plug to the
power socket making sure that the
mains power corresponds to the
one indicated on the appliance
rating label; the "POWER" indicator
(12) turns on.
