f) Cueing
The CUE function sets a starting point for playback. Starting points are set automatically (AUTO CUE).
One of the advantages of this function is that silence at the beginning of tracks is not played,
meaning that no pauses occur when playback starts.
Auto CUE
• When playback starts, the device automatically sets the CUE point at the point where the music begins.
Back CUE
• Push the CUE button (1) during playback.
• The player jumps to the point where playback was started and switches to PAUSE mode.
Checking the CUE point
• Push the CUE button (1).
• The device returns to the CUE point and switches to PAUSE mode.
• Push and hold the CUE button (1).
• Playback starts from the CUE point as long as the CUE button (1) is held.
• Release the CUE button to return to the CUE point and pause playback.
Deleting a CUE point
• The CUE point is deleted automatically when a new CUE point is set.
g) LOOP function (playback loop)
You can determine a playback loop.
Set the starting and endpoint of a loop during playback.
• Push the IN button (12) at the desired playback starting point.
• Push the OUT button (11) at the desired playback endpoint.
• The playback loop is played back continuously until you push the OUT button (11) again.
• To recall a saved playback loop, push the RELOOP button (10).
The current playback loop is deleted when you program a new playback loop.
