Programmable cooking
This feature allows you to reduce the power output of the microwave and program a cooking time up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
There are 6 power levels available, see Table 1.

There are two ways of using this feature.
Cooking on full power
For example, to cook at 100 % full power for 1 minute:
1. Turn the TIME / WEIGHT (
2. Press the START ( ) button to commence cooking.
Cooking on reduced power
For example, to cook at 60 % reduced power for 3 minutes:
1. Press the POWER (
2. Turn the TIME / WEIGHT (
3. Press the START ( ) button to commence cooking.
NOTE: To check the power level during cooking, press the POWER (
IMPORTANT: When programming the cooking time by turning the TIME / WEIGHT (
a different rate based upon the length of time required, see Table 2. If the START (
cancelled after 20 seconds.

Weight defrost

The microwave can be used to defrost food and calculates the required time based upon the frozen weight programmed in
the range 100 g to 1800 g, see Table 3.
