Afterwards you can release the harness belts (G2) and the
shoulder pad belts (SG) from the adjustment unit and pull
out both belt ends through
the shoulder belt lead-through (G1).
In order to remove the
crotch strap, push the belt,
together with the metal plate,
out of the seat part from bot-tom to top
Now you can completely remove the fi ve-point belt sys-
tem.The central adjustment belt (G5) can be stored under
the adjuster
cover (F).
2.2 Installation / adjustment with ISOFIX (WITHOUT top
tether) and three-point belt of the car (semi-universal)
In group II and III the ISOFIX mechanism is only appro-
ved as additional fi xation. You can attach the seat
with ISOFIX (I), in order
avoid that the seat slips.

graph 1.3.

Now guide the shoulder belt of
the vehicle through the guide slit
in the belt strap. To ensure an

optimum belt run, the shoulder
belt should run along the middle
of the shoulder.
Attention: The belt should not be twisted. To ensure
an optimum belt run, the headrest should be adjusted
correctly to the child.
In order to adjust the height of the headrest (A) to the
size of the child, grasp the headrest from in front and
pull the adjustment lever (H) up.
Now you can adjust the headrest (A) to the desired
height. The distance between the lower edge of the
headrest and the shoulder of the child should be two
fi nger's width. As soon as you have reached the correct
height, release the adjustment lever (H) and the head-
to
rest (A) locks into place at the desired height.
Now guide the lap belt (W) including the buckle tongue
(V) over the armrests of the child car seat to the three-
point belt buckle and snap the belt buckle (V) of the
three-point belt of the vehicle in the three-point belt
buckle until a <<click>> sound is clearly heard.
