FUNCTIONS

HOLD / DC zero button
- Press once: this button memorises on the display the last digital value for subsequent
reading, in a difficult or badly lit environment.
NB: This button has priority over the other function buttons, and does not inhibit the
operation of the analogue bargraph which always gives the current value.
- Press without releasing: automatic zero reset on current until the button is released.
Rotary switch: main functions
Switch ON by selecting the main function V AC, A AC, V DC, A DC and OFF.
When switched ON, the clamp is on automatic range selection, with secondary functions
inhibited.
Secondary function buttons
With the main function selected, these buttons give more information about the signal
present.

"YELLOW": PEAK value, crest factor (CF) on AC, and RIPPLE on DC.

NB: The combination of these buttons and the switch make it possible to configure the
clamp to customise the diagnosis (see Configuration chapter).
Total harmonic distortion (THD) or the distortion factor (DF).
Harmonic rate and distortion rate, harmonic by harmonic
(Hdc, H1,..., H 25)
(H 25, H 24,..., Hdc)
Manual mode of range selection
Frequency measurement on voltage or current
Filtering of the value measured over 3 seconds
RECORD and reading of the MAX, MIN and AVG values on main display.
