PRINCESS TIPS
- Set the appliance on a sturdy, stable surface.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure that the appliance is not so close to the edge of a table, counter top, etc., that someone could
knock it over. Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge or on the floor, as someone may become
entangled or trip over it. Remember: the appliance contains hot water!
- Do not use the equipment if it is damaged, or if the cord is damaged. Send it to our Service
Department. With this type of appliance, a damaged cord must only be replaced by our service
department using special tools.
- Do not place the appliance on or directly adjacent to a warm hotplate or other source of heat.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning or if any fault develops.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaning products.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or motorial disability,
or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards. Persons responsible for their safety
should give explicit instructions or supervise the use of the appliance.
U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE
BROWN
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter L or coloured red.
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 3 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of plug is
used, a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.
WARNING: ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD EITHER THE LIVE OR NEUTRAL WIRES BE
CONNECTED TO THE EARTH TERMINAL

Branchez l'appareil uniquement sur une prise de terre.
La cafetière prépare une tasse de café (125 ml), possède un filtre permanent pratique et un interrupteur
marche/arrêt lumineux.
Posez la cafetière PRINCESS ONE CUP COFFEEMAKER sur une table ou un comptoir solide et stable
d'où elle ne risque pas de tomber.
UTILISATION DE LA CAFETIÈRE
Avant la première utilisation, faire passer de l'eau sans café dans la cafetière PRINCESS
ONE CUP COFFEEMAKER pour en nettoyer l'intérieur. Ensuite rincer la tasse et le
porte-filtre.
Remplir le réservoir d'eau et mettre du café moulu dans le filtre. Placer la tasse sur le
plateau collecteur et allumer la cafetière. Utiliser une dose bien remplie de café pour une
tassé de café moyennement forte.
