Malfunction description
Any indicator lamp off and no

Remark: if inner bowl is deformed, do not use it anymore and get a replacement bowl from
the authorized service center for repair.
Causes
Rice cooker not plugged.
Problem of The connection of
the indicator lamp or Indicator
lamp is damaged.
Cook button is not in cooking
position.
Lid is badly closed.
Micropressure valve not well
positioned or uncomplete.
Lid or micropressure valve
gasket is damaged.
Too much or not enough water
compared to rice quantity.

Solution
Verify the main plug is well
engaged in the product body.
Send to authorized service
center for repair.
Put the cook button in low
position (cooking).
Open and close again the lid.
Stop the cooking (unplug the
product) and check the valve is
complete (2 parts locked
together) and well positioned.
Send to authorized service
center for repair.
Refer to IFU for water quantity.
Send to authorized service
center for repair.
Empty the dew collector for
each use verify good
positionning of the dew
collector.
