CONTROLS AND SAFETY FEATURES

Controls:
Your slicer is fitted as standard with an emergency stop button.
6.2
Work area:
The work area is at the front of the machine (fig.3, n°17).
6.3
Safety features:
This machine is equipped with:
A mechanical safety switch (fig.6, n°18)
Located at the back of the top cover
Which stops the machine when the top cover is opened (fig.1, n°1).
A mechanical interlock
Which prevents the top cover from being opened while the machine is in operation (fig.6, n°19).
A mechanical safety switch (fig.6, n°20)
Located at the bottom of the machine, under the crumb tray
Which prevents the machine from starting when the front door is opened (fig.1, n°8).

OPERATION
Braked castors must be locked while the machine is in operation (fig.1 n°13).
Switch on the power to the machine at the start of the day using the emergency stop
(fig.1, n°10).
Operating procedure (fig.4,5)
A. Open the top cover (fig.1, n°1).
B. Place the loaf on the rear table (fig.3, n°16), between the blades and the moving section.
C. Close the lid; the machine will start up and start slicing the loaf.
D. Retrieve the loaf from the front table.
At the end of the day, press the red emergency stop button (fig.1, n°10) to switch the power off to
the machine.
Tip: Have a qualified individual check blade tension after the first few days of operation.
Capacity: Number of loaves sliced per day: 6,000 (depending on the type of bread).

Safety:
The activation of a safety cut-out is indicated by the green indicator light flashing.
