Danger:
If the user or the machine is in danger, you must use the main isolator switch to cut the power supply
to the machine.
Keep clear of the tray proofers when they are in motion.
Remove the plug from the power socket before any maintenance and/or servicing work.
Any maintenance work or replacement of parts must be carried out by an approved agent.

CONTROLS AND SAFETY FEATURES

Controls:
Your machine is equipped as standard with a mechanical control panel (fig.3).

Work area:
The pressure setting and flour recovery area is located at the front of the machine (DIV-R only) (fig.5,
n°19).
The work area is at the front of the machine (fig.4, n°10).

OPERATION
For DIV 16r, DIV20r, DIV-R 16r or DIV-R 20r machines, oil the inside of the round tank at the
start of the day using a soft cloth dipped in oil.
Operating procedure (fig.6, 7)
A. Twist the mushroom (emergency stop) button (fig.3, n°14) ¼ turn to the right if it has not been
released.
B. Open the pressure plate (fig.1, n°1).
C. If necessary, lightly flour the tops of the heads (fig.1, n°4) in the tank (fig.1, n°3).
D. Empty the dough into the tank (fig.1, n°3) and spread it out roughly by hand.
E. Close the cover (fig.1, n°1) using the handle (fig.1, n°8).
F. With the 10/20 option (square DIV 20, square DIV-R 20 options), you can choose between cutting
into 10 or 20 divisions using the selector on the front (fig.3, n°15).
G. Set the tamping pressure (round DIV-R 16, round DIV-R 20, square DIV-R 20 options) using the
pressure setting handle located on the front (fig.5, n°19).
H. Pull the control lever (fig.3, n°16) to raise the head and divide the dough.
I. Push the lever (fig.3, n°16) briefly in order to decompress so that you can open the lid.
J. Open the pressure plate (fig.1, n°1).
K. Pull the lever to raise the head and recover the dough pieces (fig.3, n°16).
The emergency stop button can be used to stop a cycle in progress (fig.3, n°14).
