CHECKS DURING
OPERATION
While running, make the following
checks to see that all parts work
well.
RADIATOR COOLING WATER
(COOLANT)

To avoid personal injury:
Do not remove radiator cap un-
til coolant temperature is well
below its boiling point. Then
loosen cap slightly to the stop
to relieve any pressure before re-
moving cap completely.
When the engine overheats and
hot water overflows through radia-
tor and hoses, the engine stops
automatically. And make the follow-
ing checks to determine the cause.
Checkpoints
1. Check to see if there are any
water leaks;
2. Check to see if there are any
obstacles around the cooling
air inlet or outlet;
3. Check to see if there is any dirt
or dust between radiator fin and
tube;
4. Check to see if the fan belt is
too loose;
5. Check to see if radiator water
pipe is clogged.

运转过程中，请进行下述检查，
以确认所有部件都状态良好。

直到冷却剂温度已下降到其沸点
以下为止，切勿取下散热器盖。在完
全取下封盖之前，应慢慢地拧松封盖
到头，使内部压力解除。
当发动机过热，而且热水通过散
热器及软管溢出时，发动机即会自动
停止。
进行下述检查，找出问题原因。
检查项目
1. 查看是否有任何漏水现象。
2. 查看冷气入出口周围是否有任何
障碍物。
3. 查看散热器片和散热器管之间是
否有脏物或灰尘。
4. 查看风扇带是否太松。
5. 查看散热器的水管是否被堵住。
