Locate the (8) pole caps (#68060) from the parts
bag. Using (6) of the pole caps, slide one pole
cap onto each end of (6) frame support poles
(#27501). The holes in the frame support poles
must line up with the holes in the pole caps.
SEE FIGURE 3.
NOTE: The (2) additional red pole caps will be used for a
later step. A rubber mallet may be helpful for this step.

(A) Assemble (1) frame U section (#27500) to the end
of (2) frame uprights (#27501), and secure with (4) #8
½"
x sheet metal screws, in the predrilled holes on the
frame U section (#27500), as shown in FIGURE 5.
(B) Repeat for remaining frame sections.

Starting with hole #1 on each of the (2) hinges
(#27825), attach the (6) frame support poles
(#27501) from the previous step, to the left and
right hinges using (2) ¼-20 x 2½" bolts, (2) ¼-20
nylock nuts, and (2) washers. Repeat this step
for hole #2 and #3 on each of the
hinges. SEE FIGURE 4.

Slide the remaining (2) pole caps (#68068)
onto the ends of the frame support poles
(#27501) from the previous step.

Attach the frame support pole (#27501)
with the attached pole caps (#68060), from
the previous step, into slot #4 on each of
the (2) hinges (27825). Use (2) ¼-20 x 2-1/2"
bolts, and (2) ¼-20 nylock nuts and (4) 5/16"
nylon washers to complete this step.
REFER BACK TO FIGURE 4.
NOTE: Tighten all hardware used up to this point.
