Mix cornmeal, wheat bran and oats in a bowl. Add the boiling water and stir.
Cover and leave standing for 25 minutes. Add egg and milk and stir until
smooth. Fold in flour and baking powder. Follow steps in the 'How to Use'

Sunrise Orange Pancakes

1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
3 tbsp. (45 ml) butter, melted
1 cup (250 ml) flour

2 tbsp. (30 ml) sugar
Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs then mix in orange juice

Peach Blossom Pancakes
