11. Handling

Never plug the mains plug of the amplifier into a mains socket immediately after the disco set was taken from a
cold to a warm environment. The developing condensation may destroy the disco set under certain circumstances.
Allow the disco set to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation water has
evaporated.
•
Never pull on the power cable. Only unplug it by pulling on the plug.
•
Unplug the power supply if you do not use the device for an extended period of time.
•
For safety reasons, disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket in case of a thunderstorm.
•
Do not listen to excessively loud music over an extended period of time. This may damage your hearing.
12. Troubleshooting
By purchasing the disco set, you have acquired a product which has been designed to the state of the art and is
operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
Therefore, we would like to describe how to eliminate possible faults here:
Please observe the safety notes!
No function, the POWER (1) switch does not light up:
•
Is the disco set switched on?
•
Is the mains plug inserted in the outlet?
•
Is the fuse of the disco set defective?
•
Check the mains socket. Is it supplied with power?
The POWER (4) switch lights, but there is no sound.
•
Is the volume control on the mixing desk set to minimum?
•
Is the mixing desk connected correctly to the input?
•
Is mute activated on the mixing desk?
