Display functions
SPEED: Display running speed (0.8-
12.0 km/h)
TIME: Display the running time or
countdown time (0:00 – 99.59 MIN)
DISTANCE: Display the running total
distance or distance countdown
(0.00 – 99.9 KM)
CALORIE: Display the calorie or
calorie countdown (0.0 – 999 C)
INCLINE: Display the incline (0 – 12)
PULSE: Display pulse data (50 – 200
BPM)
Buttons
P (PROGRAM): when in standby mode, this button is for choosing a program (1 manual mode, 12 pre-
set programs, 1 body fat program and 3 countdown functions)
MODE: you can use this button to switch between the different countdown modes (H1= countdown,
H2= distance countdown, H3= calorie countdown). Press the "SPEED+/-" or "INCLINE+/-"button to
adjust the data. Then press START to start the treadmill
START: when the device is switched on and the safety key is attached, press this button to start the
treadmill.
STOP: If you push this button while running, the treadmill slowly stop. The speed will decline until the
treadmill has come to complete stand still
Speed+/ SPEED-: with these buttons you can increase or decrease the speed. The speed will change
0.1km/h each time you push the button. If you push the button for more than 2 seconds the speed
will change quickly.
INCLINE+/INCLINE-: with these buttons you can increase or decrease the incline. The incline will
change 1 level each time you push the button. If you push the button for more than 2 seconds the
incline will change quickly.
QUICK SPEED: press the speed quick button 3km/, 6km/h, 9km/h to adjust the speed directly when
the treadmill is running
QUICK INCLINE: press the incline quick button 3, 6, 9 to adjust the incline directly when the treadmill
is running
PULSE FUNCTION: when the treadmill is running, hold the hand pulse about 5 seconds, it will display
pulse data. The pulse data range is 50-200 times/ minute. It has heart-shaped graphics when testing
pulse. This data is only for reference, cannot be as medical data.

13. Press start key, time count down 5 seconds, then treadmill will start to work with initial speed
0.8km/h.
