Step 1: Open the carton and take out all the parts. Place the main frame (1) on the floor.
Step 2: Pull up both columns and the computer, as shown in the figure. Support the columns and the
computer with your hands to avoid falling down and damaging. Be careful not press the line when
folding
Step 3:Lock the treadmill with Bolt D2 (M8*15), Bolt D5 (M8*45) and Washer D30.
