• Do not direct the steam, hot water to-
wards hands or other parts of the body.
Never turn off (remove) the pressurized
filter carrier while the coffee is dispensing.
• During the heating phase, drops of hot
water may drip out of dispensing unit.
I.I. OPERATION
The equipment is intended for home use and
similar applications, such as:
• kitchens for staff of shops, offices and
other work environments;
• agritourism;
• customers in hotels, motels and residential
accommodations;
• Bed and Breakfasts.
This machine has been designed for the sole
purpose of producing coffee, hot water and
steam for hot drinks. All other uses are inappro-
priate and dangerous. The manufacturer will
not be held responsible for any damage caused
by improper use.
• Always place the machine on a flat and
stable surface.
• Do not place the machine on other devic-
es, on hot surfaces, near hot ovens, heat-
ers or similar sources of heat.
• Do not fill the tank with hot or boiling wa-
ter. Use only cold, non-carbonated drink-
ing water.
• Do not keep the machine at a tempera-
ture below 0 °C. The residual water inside
the heating system can freeze and dam-
age the machine.
• Do not leave water in the tank if the ma-
chine will not be used for a long time. The
water may be contaminated. Whenever
using the machine, use fresh water.
• Do not allow the appliance to be used by
persons that have not been trained to use
it.

The following is prohibited:
• using the machine in altered psycho-
physical conditions; under the influence of
drugs, alcohol, psychotropic medications,
etc.
• using the machine in ways other than
what is described in this manual.
• using the machine in explosive, aggres-
sive atmospheres or where there is a high
concentration of dust or oily substances
suspended in the air.
• leaving plastic bags, polystyrene, nails, etc.
within children's reach as they are sources
of potential dangers.
• spare parts not recommended by the
manufacturer.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
I.II.
It is necessary to follow the following rules dur-
ing maintenance and cleaning.
• It is prohibited to wash the machine with
petrol and/or solvents of any kind.
• Do not use or perform maintenance and
cleaning operations other than those de-
scribed in this Manual.
• Do not allow maintenance and cleaning
operations to be carried out by children
or persons who have not been properly
trained.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
I.III.
In the event of an emergency situation caused
by a machine failure, turn it off via the ignition
switch and unplug from the power outlet.
In the event of fire, use carbon dioxide fire ex-
tinguishers (CO 2). Do not use water or powder
extinguishers.
