particles collect on the outside of the filter. Cleaning is carried out every other
hour or when the vacuum performance decreases. If required the filter package
is to be changed. Replacing the entire filter package is recommended. When
only changing the socks, the filter ring is also to be replaced.

Casing
The casing forms a container for the filter package. It is important that the
eccentric catches are secured with locking cotters, see Figure 5.
5.4
Plastic sack/Filter bag
See Figure 6. The unit can be supplied with either a plastic sack or a filter bag
for collecting dust. Plastic sacks/Filter bags fit all receptacles.
The unit is never to be operated with only a filter bag, but must have some
other form of filter.

See Figure 7. Plastic receptacles are used for all applications.
5.6
Frame Maintenance
See Figure 8. Check the screw mountings, broken parts is to be replaced.
5.7
Wheels
See Figure 9. The wheel is a plastic wheel, pneumatic rubber wheel or rubber
wheel ø 250.
5.8
Cleaning
See Figure 10. The fine filters is to be cleaned daily or as soon as the vacuum
performance has decreased.
Cleaning is carried out as follows:
1.
Start (mode I, manual).
2.
Disconnect the suction hose so that the flap valve closes.
3.
Pull up and release the clearing control on top of the power unit, four
times with a few seconds interval.
If the unit is supplied with a closed filter bag in the collecting receptacle, there
will be less need for cleaning the fine filters. When changing from a plastic
sack to a filter bag, the fine filter must first be thoroughly cleaned.
