NOTE: For a precise adjustment of cameras installed outside it is recommended to
place a ND (Neutral Density) filter in front of the lens while settings are done.
This opens up the iris and allows a setting which is constant at changing
light conditions due to the narrower depth of field.
7. Troubleshooting
If you have trouble operating your camera, refer to the following table. If the guide-
lines to not enable you to solve the problem, contact an authorized technician.
Problem
Nothing appears on the
screen.
The Image on the
screen is dim.
The image on the
screen is dark.
The camera ist not
working property,
and the surface of the
camera is hot.
The image on the
screen flickers.
Solution
• Check that the power cord and line connection
between the camera and monitor are ficed property.
• Check that you have property connected VIDEO
cable to the camera VIDEO output jack.
• Is the bubble stained with dirt ?
Clean your bubble with soft, clean cloth.
• Set the monitor to proper condition.
• If the camera is exposed to too strong light, change
the camera position.
• Adjust the lens focus property.
• Adjust the contrast feature of the monitor.
• If you have an intermediate device, set the 75ohms/
HI-z property.
• Adjust DC Level, VR Level property.
• Check that you have property connected the camera
to an appropriate source.
• Is the camera facing to direct sunlight or fluoresent
lighting ?
• Change the camera position.
