CONVECTION FUNCTION

- The top and bottom (oven crown and floor) heating elements function simultaneously.
- This function is most commonly used for cooking all dishes such as vegetables, meats,
fish, tarts, quiches, cakes, etc. It can also be used to toast bread or Viennese pastries.
- It is used with the grill alone, placed on the bottom or middle level.
- The temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat (4).
- The cooking time can be adjusted using the timer (6).
"STEAM ONLY" FUNCTION
- The steam produced in the lower part of the oven is diffused throughout the cavity by the
steam outlet nozzles.
- In this mode, the oven functions exactly like an electric steam cooker. It is used to cook
any type of food in a healthy and tasty way, bringing out the taste qualities and preserving
the nutritional value of the food. All fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and starchy foods can be
steam-cooked.
- This function is also recommended for reheating and keeping food warm.
- It is used with the grill alone, placed on the bottom or middle level. The dripping pan may
be placed on the bottom level if necessary to collect the juices from very fatty foods.
Caution: do not obstruct the steam outlet nozzles (13).
- The temperature is not adjustable.
- The cooking time can be adjusted using the timer (6).
COMBINED STEAM FUNCTION
- The steam produced in the lower part of the oven is diffused throughout the cavity by the
steam outlet nozzles. At the same time, the top (oven crown) heating element is active.
- This function combines functioning in steam mode with the grill. It allows food to be
cooked through with all the properties of steam cooking, while at the same time lightly
toasting the top, giving a browned or crispy result. It is recommended for cooking steamed
ready-made meals which should not have an over-damp finish.
- It is used with the grill alone, placed on the bottom or middle level. The dripping pan may
be placed on the bottom level if necessary to collect the juices from very fatty foods.
Caution: do not obstruct the steam outlet nozzles (13).
- The temperature of the grill can be adjusted using the thermostat (4).
- The cooking time can be adjusted using the timer (6).
