ALL BBQ ISLANDS MUST BE MANUFACTURED FROM "NON-COMBUSTIBLE" MATERIAL.
Minimum clearance to adjacent combustible surface at 14" from sides & 16" from back. Note that the
griddle self hangs on the framework of the outdoor kitchen and allowing for this flange space on the
countertop is necessary for installation.
