ASSEMBLY

(Note: Below Assembly Photos are for the 26" EZ Siding Shear. Your shear may look different)
Step 1 – Lay out all the parts
A. Table Assembly (x1 for 20", x2 for 26")
B. Power Assembly
C. Rails (x2 for 20", x4 for 26")
D. Tail
E. Handle Assembly
F. Handle Extension
G. 6mm x 60mm PH Phillips Machine Screws (x4 for 20", x8 for 26")
H. Mounting Brackets (x4)
I. M8 x 50mm Hex Bolts (x2)
J. 6mm x 25mm PH Phillips Machine Screws (x6 for 20", x8 for 26")
K. #10 x 1 FH Phillips Self Tapping Screws (x4)
L. M6 x 16mm FH Phillips Machien Screws (x6)
M. Handle Stop
N. Hone Stone
O. Fence (Fence differs between 20" and 26". See Step 7 for 20" Fence assembly)
P. #2 & #3 Phillips head screwdrivers (not included)
Q. 13 mm socket or wrench (not included)
Step 2 – Attach the Rails (C) to the Tail (D) using Machine Screws (J).
Thread a Mounting Bracket (H) on the inner most bottom Machine
Screw (J). The 20" Shear only has two Rails (C) and two holes on the
Tail (D)—the 26" has four Rails and four holes on the Tail
Step 3 – Attach the Power Assembly (B) to the Rails (C) using Machine
Screws (G). Thread a Mounting Bracket (H) on the inner most bottom
Machine Screw (G). The 20" will have four holes—the 26" will have eight
holes
