the upper door into smoker
hinge.

lower door into smoker hinge.
Step 9:
Insert cooking rack
supports into smoker box
holes and angle downward
until they sit flat (see
zoomed in image to the
right). Insert four cooking
rack supports per side.
Step 10:
Slide cooking racks onto
cooking rack supports.
Step 11:
Open bottom door and slide water/wood
chip tray onto built in brackets.
