GENERAL INFORMATION
Plyometrics has long been popular, and not only among professionals. Amateur athletes also know
about the benefits of explosive jump training with a plyo box. You can find this practical training device
not only at fitness studios and CrossFit centres, but also in many home gyms.
Training with a plyo box not only helps to improve jumping power, but also aids coordination, stamina,
flexibility and reaction time. In addition, working out with a plyo box should minimise the risk of injury.
Plyo boxes are therefore a popular training tool, especially for fast and movement-intensive sports,
which not only targets the legs and glutes, but also the core.
The Sport-Tec Plyo Box is made of sturdy and robust wood, which guarantees durability and a secure
stance during training. The three different box heights are based on the CrossFit competition heights
(50 cm, 60 cm, 75 cm), so the box offers the ideal jump height for every fitness level and a secure basis
for an intense workout. All edges are rounded to minimise the risk of injury.
