Si le câble USB ne peut pas être reconnu, utilisez un autre port ou remplacez le câble USB
If the printer cannot be recognized, change the port, or change the USB cable.

Si l'impression via une connexion USB n'est pas possible, essayez ce qui suit :
If the printer cannot print using a USB connection, try the following.
➢ Débranchez le câble USB de l'ordinateur. Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur l'icône de
l'imprimante affichée sur votre ordinateur, puis sélectionnez Supprimer le périphérique et réinstallez-
le.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Right-click on the printer icon displayed on the computer
and then select Remove Device and then reinstall it.

Si l'imprimante est connectée via Wi-Fi ou Wi-Fi Direct, vérifiez l'état de la connexion. Déconnectez et
reconnectez l'appareil au Wi-Fi.
If the printer is connected via Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct, check the connection status. Disconnect and reconnect the
device to Wi-Fi.

Mettez hors tension les appareils que vous souhaitez connecter au réseau. Attendez environ
10 secondes,
ordinateur/smartphone/tablette,
l'ordinateur/smartphone/tablette du routeur Wi-Fi pour faciliter la communication, puis essayez à
nouveau de connecter les appareils ensemble.
Turn off the devices you want to connect to the network. Wait for about 10 seconds, then turn on the
devices in the following order: wireless router, computer/smart device, printer. Move the printer and
the computer or smart device closer to the wireless router, then try to make network settings again.

Les appareils peuvent ne pas recevoir les signaux du routeur Wi-Fi parce qu'ils sont trop éloignés.
Devices may not receive signals from the wireless router because they are too far apart.

Rapprochez l'imprimante et l'ordinateur/smartphone/tablette du routeur Wi-Fi.
Move the printer and the computer or smart device closer to the wireless router.

Si le routeur Wi-Fi a été remplacé ou si le mot de passe a été modifié, vérifiez que les paramètres saisis dans
l'imprimante correspondent aux nouveaux paramètres.
If the wireless router or the password have been changed, check if the settings match the new router.

Connectez et déconnectez l'imprimante, en saisissant les nouvelles données pour la connexion Wi-Fi.
Connect and disconnect the printer, making connection settings again so they can match the new
wireless router.

Assurez-vous que l'ordinateur/smartphone/tablette et l'imprimante sont connectés au même réseau Wi-Fi.
