Miele recommends connecting the machine via a wall socket with an all-pole means of deactivation and interlock.
The wall socket or isolator must remain accessible at all times once the machine has been installed.
To increase safety, Miele recommends installation of a residual current device (RCD). Only use residual current devices that are sensi-
tive to universal current (type B).
