14. Garantie
Wir leisten 3 Jahre Garantie für Material- und Fabrikationsfehler des Produk-
tes. Die Garantie gilt nicht:
• im Falle von Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Bedienung beruhen
• für Verschleißteile
• für Mängel, die dem Kunden bereits beim Kauf bekannt waren
• bei Eigenverschulden des Kunden.
Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen des Kunden bleiben durch die Garantie
unberührt. Für Geltendmachung eines Garantiefalles innerhalb der Garantie-
zeit ist durch den Kunden der Nachweis der Kaufes zu führen. Die Garantie ist
innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum gegenüber der
BEURER GmbH , Söflinger Str. 218, 89077 Ulm (Germany), geltend zu ma-
chen. Der Kunde hat im Garantiefall das Recht zur Reparatur der Ware bei
unseren eigenen oder bei von uns autorisierten Werkstätten. Weitergehende
Rechte werden dem Kunden (aufgrund der Garantie) nicht eingeräumt.
1. Familiarization
With the blood pressure computer, you can measure your blood pressure
quickly and easily, store the measurements and display their course and the
average measurement. The computer is used for non-invasive measurement
and monitoring of your arterial blood pressure levels.
This blood pressure measuring device meets the high standards of the
German High Blood Pressure league and carries the seal of the German
High Blood Pressure league. Further information at www.paritaet.org/
hochdruckliga.
Regular checks on measurement precision must be carried out if the monitor
is used for commercial purposes.
The computer complies with the requirements of the European Directive for
Medical Products, the German Medical Product Act as well as the European
stand ards EN1060-1 (Non-invasive blood pressure measuring devices Part 1:
General requirements) EN1060-3 (Non-invasive blood pressure measuring de-
vices Part 3: Supplementary requirements for electromechanical blood pres-
sure measuring systems), EN1060-4 (non-invasive blood pressure monitors,
Section 4: Test procedure for determining measurement precision). For private
use also, we recommend that you have the measuring accuracy checked by
the manufacturer at 2-yearly intervals.
Keep these operating instructions available for further use and also make them
available to other users.
2. caution – For Your Safety!
• The upper arm blood pressure monitor is used for non-invasive measure-
ment and monitoring of adults' arterial blood pressure.
• Always measure your blood pressure at the same time of day in order to
ensure comparability of the readings.
