PROBLEM
The pressure regulator/
steam release valve
does not release steam.
The steam goes out from
under the lid.
When cooking, steam
suddenly starts to esca-
pe from the safety valve.
The safety valve does
not raise. Pressure insi-

The lid does not close
properly.
CAUSE

Not enough
water inside the cooker.

Insufficient level
of energy.

The pressure

valve is locked.

worn out.
4. The silicone seal is
dirty.

damaged or not clean.

SOLUTION
1.
Refill the pressure
cooker with water.
2.
Boost energy
levels.
3.
Clean the pressu-
re regulator/steam release
valve.

Close the lid pro-
perly.
2.
Put on the gasket
properly.
3.
Replace the silico-
ne gasket.
4.
Clean the silicone
gasket, the edge of the pres-
sure cooker and the lid.

Turn off the heat.
Remove the pressure cooker
from the hob to reduce the
pressure inside the pressure
cooker. After cooling, check
all safety devices.

Increase the heat
source.
2.
Add more water.
3.
Clean the safety
valve.
4.
Clean the silicone
gasket, the edge of the pres-
sure cooker and the lid.
5.
Close the lid pro-
perly.
