Replace the oil filler plug.

Reposition the panel and tighten the retaining screws.
7.
Follow the steps in Bleeding the Hydraulic System.
REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC JACK OIL
Replace the jack oil annually.
1.
Follow steps 1 and 2 in Check and Add Hydraulic Oil.
2.
Removed the hex screw (Fig. 4) and take out the reservoir vertically by
hand (Fig. 5 and 6).
3.
Remove the oil filler plug (#P16) and turn the
reservoir up-side down. Press the oil valve to
empty the reservoir. Do not cover the oil valve's
hole when pressing it (Fig. 7).
4.
Add 400 ml of hydraulic oil to the reservoir.
5.
Replace the oil filler plug, put the reservoir back to
the pump base and secure with the hex screw.
6.
Reposition the panel and tighten the retaining screws.
7.
Follow the steps in Bleeding the Hydraulic System.
BLEEDING THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Bleed excess air from the hydraulic system as follows:
1.
Turn the handle left for two full turns to open the release valve.
2.
Quickly pump the handle for four or more full strokes.
3.
Turn the handle right to close the release valve.
4.
Pump the handle. Follow the purge instructions if the jack hasn't reach the
maximum height within 10 full handle strokes.
