A. User interface
All the interactions are made through these control panels and digital screen of the kneader. The PC is here to display results.

Menus overview
Home : Launch software screen.
Tests : Create, modify and start tests.
A list gathers all upcoming tests.
Protocols : See protocols.
Partners : Add and modify partners/Clients.
Setting: : Set-up the software (language, database, etc.)
Maintenance : Maintain the machine.
DO A FIRST TEST
A. Switching on the machine

Switch on the kneader and Alveograph using the ON/OFF buttons situated at the back.
2.
Launch the software by clicking the icon:

1 Reset chrono 1
2 Start chrono 2
3 Reset chrono 2
4 Scroll through menus of machine
5 Decrease read values in menu
6 Increase read values in menu
7 Rotate kneader kneading wise
8 Rotate kneader extraction wise
9 Stop kneader
10 Start kneader
the different setup screens will scroll.
from a setup screen, the software will go straight back to the test screen.

1 Start 92/60-flow calibration
2 Increase airflow
