Push the bicycle wheel
rails outwards by
slackening the plastic
nuts located on the
underside of the wheel
rails beforehand.
Retighten them after the
rails were pulled out.
Put the rack table halves
aside. See photo.
Turn the license plate
bracket until is snaps in
on the left side of the rack
table. See photo.
