Twin Tank Wheelbarrow Portable Air Compressor
DRIVE PULLEYS
Drive pulleys must be properly aligned and drive belt tension
set to specification. Improper pulley alignment and belt tension
can cause motor overloading, excessive vibration and premature
belt and/or bearing failure. As the compressor starts, check the
rotation of the flywheel. The direction of the rotation must be
counterclockwise when facing the flywheel. Should the rotation be
incorrect, disengage the power supply and check the motor wiring.
Pump flywheel bolt has a left-handed thread and a tapered shaft.
Remove nut by turning clockwise.
STORAGE
When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of
lubricant to the steel parts to avoid rust. Remove the lubricant
before using the device again.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a device damaged beyond repair at the
appropriate facility.
Contact your local municipality for a list of disposal facilities or
by-laws for electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT pollute the environment by allowing
uncontrolled discharge of waste oil.
