6.2 Aufstellung
Anforderungen an den Aufstellort:
•
Trockener, geschlossener Raum.
•
Betriebs-/Raumtemperatur: +10° bis +40°C
•
Ausreichende Zuluft bzw. Luftzirkulation für ausreichende
Motorkühlung.
•
Bei Aufstellung der Maschine außerhalb der Werkstätte
(separater Raum) muss für ausreichende Abluft gesorgt
werden. Mindestquerschnittsfläche 0,25 m².
•
Ausreichende Standfestigkeit und Tragfähigkeit der
Arbeitsfläche bzw. ausreichende Tragfähigkeit der Wand.
•
Ebener Fußboden ohne Gefälle.
•
Ausreichende Beleuchtung am Arbeitsplatz.
•
Abschirmung oder ausreichender Abstand zu benachbarten
Arbeitsplätzen.
6.3 Montage
Hinweis:
Die Maschine wird aus transporttechnischen Gründen
teilzerlegt geliefert. Zur problemlosen Montage minde-
stens zwei zusätzliche Helfer zur Verfügung stellen.
Siehe hierzu separate Aufbauanleitung.
Sämtliche blanken Maschinenteile von Korrosionsschutzmittel
befreien.
6.3.1 Montage der Maschine
1. Lenkrollen / Bockrollen:
an das Bodenblech anschrauben
2. Montage der Steher auf die Bodenplatte
3. Montage des Absauggerätes auf die Steher
4. Montage des Filters / Montage Spänesack
(siehe folgende Seiten)
Achtung! Sachschaden!
Gefüllte Spänesäcke sind schwer und können zu Beschä-
digung der Maschine und/oder Wandhalterung führen.
Deshalb müssen die montierten Spänesäcke am Fußbo-
den bzw. am Blechboden der Fahreinrichtung aufstehen.

6.2 Setup
Requirements at the place of assembly:
•
A dry, enclosed room.
•
Operating/room temperature: +10° to +40°C
•
Adequate ventilation e.g. to enable ample air
circulation for the machine cooling system..
•
When positioning the machine in a room other than the
workshop, please ensure there is ample ventilation.e.g.
provided through an extractor fan.. Mimimum cross-
sectional area 0,25 square meters.
•
The working area must have an adequate load-bearing
capacity and stability and the walls must be stable..
•
Even floors without a slope.
•
Provide sufficient light at the workstation.
•
Ensure there is sufficient clearance for or from
neighbouring workstations.
6.3 Assembly
Note:
Due to technical reasons, the machine is delivered in a
partly dismantled state. To install the machines without a
problem, two extra reliable people will be needed.
See individual assembly instructions.
Remove the oxidation protective layer from all blank machine
parts.
6.3.1 Assembling the machine
1. Steering rollers / Fixed rollers:
Screw onto the floor plate
2. Assembling casters to the base plate
3. Mounting the dust collector onto the casters
4. Filter assembly / Chip bag assembly
(see the following pages)
Attention! Risk of material damage!
Filled chip bags are heavy and could lead to damage
!
to the machine and / or to the wall fittings. Thats why
the attached chip bags must stand on the floor or on
the metal foor of the rolling carriage.
