Safety conditions and requirements
The wiring diagram has been designed to guarantee user safety (see attached electrical
wiring diagram) even in case of a circuitry malfunction. The tool will operate only if the
micro switch
raisedbowlmicroswitch,andthemicroswitchindicatingthepresenceof
thebowlareallclosedatthe
inhibits the operation of the inverter and it stops the motor instantaneously.
After closing the grid micro switch, the interrupted cycle will only restart after pressing
START. The inverter set-up parameters include the brake function, which must be applied
every time the motor is stopped. This is achieved by opening the inverter-enabling
contact (on the controller) corresponding to input Ll1 on the Telemecanique ALTlVAR 31
and input S1 on the Omron V1000
