OPERATION

Before beginning each cycle of work, ascertain that the machine is perfectly clean in particular the surfaces
of contact of the bowl, spiral and central guard, which must be treated with detergents compatible with
alimentary products. Whenever necessary, proceed to cleaning according to procedure 5.1.
Operation of the machine
1. P OSITION THE GENERAL SWITCH "A" TO 1
2. SET THE TIMER "B" TO MAUAL OR AUTOMATIC ACCORDING TO
THE DESIRED TYPE OF OPERATION
3. ENGAGE THE START BUTTON "E"
4. SET-UP THE OPERATING SPEED (1, 2 or 3) BY OPERATING THE
SPEED CHANGER "C"
5. IN THE CASE OF THE PROTECTION GRILL OPENING, THE MACHINE STOPS. TO
RESTART IT, CLOSE THE GRILL AND PRESS THE START BUTTON "E" AGAIN
6. TO STOP THE MACHINE, PRESS THE STOP/EMERGENCY BUTTON "F" OR WAIT
UNTIL THE END OF THE WORK CYCLE SET BY TIMER "B"
ASSEMBLING / DISASSEMBLING OF THE BOWL
Open the protection grill of the bowl "A", lift the stop tool "B", extract the utensil "F" from its position
onthetoolholdershaft"C",turnthebowlblockinghandles"O",andextractthebowl "E" from its seat.
