With coverings that are very diffi cult to remove,
cut the strips narrower.
► The blades usually sharpen themselves on the fl oor.
A blade must therefore only be replaced if
the steel sheet is twisted, becomes round
(moon-shaped) or too worn.
► The drive wheels are subject to signifi cant
wear - especially with hard work. If the rubber
bandages are worn approx. 16 mm, they should be
replaced at the factory.
Otherwise, the operating angle changes too much.
It is no longer possible to achieve ideal work re-
sults with korkment or foam backing, for example.
4.3 Start-up
► Observe the mains voltage! The power source
voltage must match the specifi cations on the
type plate of the power tool.
Power tools marked with 230 V
can also beoperated with 220 V.
Warning
► The blade must be mounted correctly and it
must move freely.
Perform a test run for at least 1 minute without
any load.
► Do not use any damaged blades.
Damaged blades can shatter and cause injuries.
► Note: When working, the machine must be the
working position fi g. J.
The carriage (18) must be completely retracted,
the transport carriage (3) must be swung up and
the handle (22) in the lowest position. See 3.2
4.4 Control panel
► The machine is switched on and off with the main
switches (32, 33)
► The stroke mechanism is actuated by turning the
switch (34).

Caution!
Check the stripper before use.
The impact is raised or lowered.
► The power supply is immediately disconnected
using the EMERGENCY stop (33).
► The impact is switched on/off for work using the
buttons 36 and 37.
► The joysticks on the right (38) and left (39) control
the two drive motors
5.0 Notes on various fl oor coverings
Operating instructions
► Do not place the power tool until a load that
causes it to stop.
The ROBO STRIPPER is primarily used to
remove linoleum, PVC, rubber, cork, design, and
CV coverings as well as needle-punched fl oor
covering and carpeted fl ooring.
Hardwood parquet, multi-layer parquet, semifl exible
and ceramic tiles can also be removed to a limited
extent.
► Needle-punched fl oor covering, carpet, PVC.....
The coverings to be removed should be pre-cut in
blade-widths (fi g. E) and then removed with the
stripper in one step. In many cases, the glue can
also be removed at the same time.
► Coverings without a foam backing:
Prior to performing the stripping work, pre-cut the
strips in blade-widths (fi g. E). Regularly check
whether the blade is still straight and sharp.
► Coverings with a foam backing:
Only use sharp blades! Remove the large sections
of the wearing surface. Use a carpet pulling claw for
this.
Then remove the foam residue with the stripper. If
there is some foam in the recess, approach from
the side.
► Coverings with a fl eece backing:
Do not remove the wearing surface beforehand. Cut
the covering into strips and strip them together with
the fl eece backing.
