1 Introduction
1.1 Product description
The product is a pneumatic nail gun intended for driving nails.
1.2 Intended use
The product is designed to operate on clean, dry, compressed air at
regulated pressures between 70 and 120 PSI.
1.3 Symbols
Read the operating instructions carefully and make sure that
you understand the instructions before you use the product.
Save the instructions for future reference.
This product complies with applicable EU directives and
regulations.

Note! The system should include a filter, a pressure regulator and
automatic lubricator located as close as possible to the tool (within 4.5
m). External system components are not provided with this product.
2 Safety
2.1 Safety definitions
Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there is a risk of
death or injury.
Caution! If you do not obey these instructions, there is a risk of
damage to the product, other materials or the adjacent area.
Note! Information that is necessary in a given situation.
2.2 Safety instructions for operation
Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there is a risk of
death or injury.
● Do not connect the tool to a pressure system if there is a risk that the
pressure will exceed 180 PSI (12.3 bar).
● Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide, combustible gases or any other
bottled gas to power the tool. This could lead to explosion and serious
personal injury.
● Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas increase the risk of injury.
● Keep children away from the work area. Do not allow children to operate
the tool.

● Wear eye protection. To prevent eye injuries, the user and others in the
work area must wear safety glasses with fixed side protection. Safety
glasses must meet ANSI Z87.1 standards. Approved safety glasses are
marked with the code Z87.
● Wear hearing protection. High noise levels in the work area can cause
hearing impairment.
● Inspect the product carefully for damage before use. Do not use the tool
if it leaks air, has missing or damaged parts or requires repair.
● Do not use the product if a safety mechanism, trigger or springs are
missing, damaged or does not work correctly.
● Do not alter or remove the safety mechanism, trigger or springs.
● Do not use the product if the safety warning label is missing. If the label
is missing, speak to an autorized service center.
● Only use recommended parts and nails.
● Do not load nails with the trigger or safety bracket pushed in.
● Empty the magazine when the product is not used. The nail driving
mechanism can fire when the air hose is connected.
● Always assume that there are nails in the product.
● Do not point the product towards your body or at another person.
● Make sure that the trigger is not pushed in when the product does not
operate. If the safety bracket is accidentally activated the product will fire
a nail.
● Do not overreach. Make sure that you have a firm footing and good
balance when you operate the product.
● Do not drive nails into materials that are too hard, at too great an angle or
close to the edge of the workpiece. Nails can ricochet and cause
personal injury.
3 Operation
Warning! Disconnect the air hose before you remove a jammed
nail, leave the work area, move the tool, give it to someone else or adjust
it in any way.
Warning! Empty the magazine when the product is not used. The
nail driving mechanism can fire when the air hose is connected.
Caution! All line components (hoses, connectors, filters,
regulators, etc.) must have a minimum working pressure rating of 150
PSI (10.3 bar) or 150% of the maximum system pressure, whichever is
greater.
Caution! Do not connect this tool to a system with maximum
pressure greater than 180 PSI (12.3 bar).
3.1 To prepare the product for use
1.1.1 To load the magazine
Warning! Do not load nails with the trigger or safety bracket
pushed in.

Connect the air hose to the connector. (Figure 2)

Pull the feeder to the backward locked position. (Figure 3)

Put a strip of nails into the magazine.
Note! Make sure that the pointed ends are point down.
