1. Mettre le moteur en position verticale et le positionner au centre
de sa course (idem navigation en ligne droite – Fig.I).

2. (Fig.I) Accoupler la chape à rotule
respectant :
- la cote de 60 10 mm
- l'empilage vis, entretoise et écrou
- le couple de serrage ( 24 Nm)
3. (Fig.II) Faire sortir la tige du vérin à mi-course de manière à
respecter la cote de 517 2 mm et fixer le palier
tableau arrière (à l'aide d'une visserie appropriée aux quatre
trous de fixation 8,5 mm) en ayant pris soin de le positionner
perpendiculairement à l'axe du vérin. ! Le palier
préréglé et ne doit pas être réajusté.
4. (Fig.I) Bloquer le contre-écrou D contre la chape à rotule
VHM 28 ST HBR
15 Nm).

6. Position the motor vertically and in the middle of its travel (as when
navigating in a straight line – Dwg I).

7. (Dwg I) Connect the swivel yoke
observing the following:
- the dimension of 60
- the mounting order of screw, spacer and nut
- the torque ( 24 Nm)
8. (Dwg II) Pull out the cylinder rod at half-stroke to reach the

Make sure the bearing is perpendicular to the cylinder axis. ! The
