Switch the cooker hood on before starting to cook.
When cooking is finished let the cooker hood stay in function for additional 30 minutes. For this
purpose you can also use the TIMER function several times.
Bigger is the kitchen, more you should leave the cooker hood in function to eliminate the
odours.
Clean at least once a week the metallic grease filter and the spongy filter set (if available).
A filtering hood extracts air, fumes and vapours from the inside environment, purifies them by
means of plasma filter and then emits the purified air into the same environment. In this case the
use of plasma filter is absolutely necessary.
The hood can only be used in the filtering–air recirculation version; it is fitted with an activated
carbon plasma filter (page 78) with a special technology that works in the following way:
The odour extraction rate, according to the kind of cooker hoods, is of 70% (Odour extraction rate
expressed in % according to CEI EN 61591).
It is normal that when the plasma filter is working you hear a little noise.
