Basic working techniques

Maintain a safe distance from the cutting blade when
the engine is running. Do not try to stop a rotating
blade with any part of your body.

Hold the saw with both hands; keep a firm grip
with thumbs and fingers encircling the handles. The
right hand should be on the rear handle and the left
hand on the front handle. All operators, whether right
or left handed shall use this grip. Never operate a
power cutter holding it with only one hand.
