When repinning cylinder for use in cable locks you
must use the cylinder cap (KZ34CA0) and cylinder cap
pin (KZ34ED0) from Service Repair Kit (KZ390AL).

*Cable series can use either Cylinder Housing part
KZ38BA1 or KZ38BA2.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble cylinder and cylinder housing. Make
sure screw hole of cylinder housing is on the
bottom. (Figure 1)

2. Insert the cylinder and cylinder housing into
the lock head. (Figure 2)
Note: Cylinder & key must be positioned as
shown. If cylinder does not slide in easily, turn
key slightly until cylinder falls in place.

3. Rotate the lock head, holding the cylinder in
place, drop the washer into the locking hole.

4. Drop the driver mounting screw into the lock-
ing hole and tighten using a 3mm Allen Wrench.

5. Place the dust cover in position. (Figure 5)

6. Insert the dust cover screws and tighten with a
2mm Allen Wrench. (Figure 6)

The cable lock is now assembled.
Check Function: To lock cable, turn key clockwise
and insert cable end into lock head. Turn key 90
degrees clockwise to unlock cable.
Product is only available with Key Retaining
function.

When pinning padlock cylinders, install driver in
position shown below.
