Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. More meat and less flour for outlet
cover creates better consistency and taste.

Grind the mixture three times.

Disassemble by reversing the steps from fig 5-fig 3 to remove the cutting plate and cutting blade.

Place kibbe attachments A and B onto the feed screw shaft together, fitting protrusions in the slots (fig.9).

Screw fixing ring into place until tight. Do not over tighten (fig.10).
6.
Make the cylindrical outlet cover (fig.11).
7.
Form kibbe as illustrated below and deep fry.
MAKING SAUSAGE
Using below attachments and steps for making sausage. (fig.12)
1. First, mince the meat for 2-3 times. Then, mix all ingredients, like oil, salt, pepper, hard liquor, etc.,
according to your favor.
2. Let the casing for filling macerate in warm water for about 10 minutes.
3. Put the casing on the outlet opening of the appliance. Let 5 cm free on the end of the casing and tie it up
or skewer it.
4. Feed the meat into the hopper plate to make the sausage.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DISASSEMBLING
1.
Make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
2.
Turn the switch off and disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
3.
Disassemble by reversing the steps from (fig.6) pictures.
4.
If the fixing ring is not easily removed by hands, please use tools (fig.13).
5.
To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between the cutting plate and the head as
illustrated and lift it up (fig.14).
