g) NFC mode
NFC is the abbreviation for Near Field Communication. Please note that NFC only works if your mobile
device is equipped with NFC as well.
• Turn on the Soundbar.
• Press the SOURCE button (2) repeatedly or the BT button (16)
to activate the Bluetooth
• Activate NFC on your mobile device.
• Place the mobile device on the NFC sensor area; see
adjacent picture. Your mobile device will vibrate or show a
message in the display.
• Start audio playback on your mobile device.
• Remove the mobile device from the NFC sensor area in order
to deactivate NFC on your Soundbar.
If necessary, remove the cover/protective housing from your mobile device during NFC
transmission, in order to ensure a sufficient connection
12. Troubleshooting
Your Soundbar is a state-of-the-art, fail-safe product. However, if any problem occurs, refer to the following
explanations for troubleshooting.
No power connection
• Make sure the power cable is properly connected with the Soundbar.
• Check if the wall socket is live.
• Switch the Soundbar from standby mode (red LED of standby indicator) to operating mode.
Remote control does not work
• Check if the desired audio source has been activated.
• Remote control range has been exceeded or there are objects between the remote control and Soundbar
impacting the signal transmission.
• Remote control not pointed at the Soundbar.
• Battery inserted with wrong polarity (+/-).
• Battery empty. Replace the battery
