Suggested Solution(s)
1. Test and repair the inside circuit of the
power light.
2. Repair or replace the power PCB.
1. Clear out any obstruction.
2. Have the fan motor replaced.
1. Check whether there is input voltage.
2. Check the input voltage.
1. Have the machine service by a
qualified service technician.
1. Connect the welding cable to the
welding unit's output.
2. Have the welding cable replaced.
3. Check the ground clamp.
1. Check and tighten the plug.
2. Check the workpiece and clean.
3. Select MMA welding.
1. Increase the arc current.
1. Repair or replace the potentiometer.
1. Increase the welding current.
2. Increase the arc current.
1. Use a shelter to block the airflow.
2. Adjust the electrode angle.
3. Replace the electrode.
4. Incline the electrode to the opposite
way of the magnetic blow.
5. Change the position of the ground
clamp or connect the ground clamp to
the two sides of the workpiece.
6. Use the short arc operation.
1. Induce the welding current output.
2. Induce the duty cycle (take a break).
