• Release the operating control lever (Fig. 7.A).
• Deactivate the ON / OFF button (light off)
(Fig. 6.A).
7.6 ADVICE ON OPERATION
• Snow is removed more easily when it is still
fresh. Pass back over the already cleared zones
to remove snow residue.
• If possible, clear the snow in the direction of the
wind. Check the distance and the direction of
the removed snow jet.
• Once you have finished work, leave the machine
running for a few seconds to prevent ice from
forming.
7.6.1 Dry and normal snow
Snow up to 20 cm can be quickly removed by
proceeding to evenly clear it away. For deeper
or built up snow, reduce the speed and let the
machine work at its own rhythm.
7.6.2 Wet or compact snow
Slowly move forward. Avoid using the lower blade
to remove compact snow and ice.
IMPORTANT Heavy use of the machine with
wet or compact snow can cause faults to the
impeller compartment.
The motor could be very hot immediately
after switching off. Do not touch.
7.7 AFTER OPERATION

compartment (Fig. 10.A).

8.2 BATTERY
8.2.1 Battery power reserve
The battery power reserve (and therefore the
workable surface before recharging) is mainly
conditioned by the behaviour of the operator, who
should avoid:
– switching the machine on and off frequently
whilst working;
If the need arises to use the machine for sessions
which exceed the capability of a standard battery,
it is possible to:
• purchase a second standard battery to
immediately replace the discharged battery,
without
compromising
operations;
• purchase a battery with an extended power
reserve compared to the standard version
(par. 15.1).
8.2.2 Battery removal and recharging
the
1. After removing the battery from its housing in
the machine (Fig. 10).
2. Insert the battery (Fig.11.10) in the housing of
the battery charger (Fig. 11.B);
3. connect the battery charger to a power socket
with the voltage indicated on the rating plate.
4. fully charge the battery according to the
instructions in the battery/battery charger
booklet.
