Rack installation

Release the gear motor by the proper spanner.

Put the rack on the pinion. Make sure between the pinion and the rack
there is a 1 mm gap (along the entire length).

Fix the rack to the gate by proper screws.

Horizontally adjust the distance of gear motor from the gate. Then
completely tighten the two anchor screws to foundations plate.

Instruction for use of electronic Stroke ends

The gear motor is equipped by two magnetos with contrary polarities. One
magneto activates only and solely opening stroke end while the other
activates only and solely closing stroke end.

In order to determinate in which position to fix the magneto, let it slide next
to the sensor (3-4 cm above the pinion). Test leds of the stroke ends on the
control board will switch off according to magneto's polarity, distinguishing
the two stroke ends (opening and closing).

When stroke end magneto is fixed, clasp it
on the metal cam.

Fasten the metal cam on the rack through its
grains. Pour a drop of thread lock to make
stable the fastening.
