USAGE:
The Vinoferm Fruit Mill is delivered partially assembled. You can find the

assembly instructions further on.
Clean the Vinoferm Fruit Mill before and after each use with Chemipro
• ®
Wash and Chemipro San.
®
All moving parts should be lubricated regularly with a food-safe oil.
•
Berries, grapes, apples and similar soft fruits can be grinded directly in the
•
fruit mill. Hard fruits or vegetables should be cut into pieces prior to grinding.
It is important to use good quality fruit and vegetables. Avoid using overripe,
•
bad or spoiled fruit at all times, they will not produce high-quality juice.
Always clean the fruit before use.
Place a suitable container under the drain of the crusher.

Turn the spindle using the handle slowly to crush the fruit. Ensure that the
•
Vinoferm Fruit Mill is firmly fixed, to avoid slipping or tilting during operation.

machine do not wear loose-fitting clothing that could become entangled.
There is a 2-year warranty on this Vinoferm® Fruit Mill.

1. Connect 1B, 1C through 1F (screws).
2. Please note that the direction is inward.
3. Repeat step 1 to continue connecting 1A.
4. Continue to connect another 1C.
5. Place 1E in the specified position of 1C and put in 1F (screws).
6. Repeat step 5 to place another 1E.
7. Repeat step 5 to place 1D.
8. Tighten the 1F (screws) placed in step 5, 6 and 7.
9. 1D is pressed down in the direction of the gear, similar to step 10.
10. Lock the nut and turn the plate on both sides tightly to press it against the
hopper flange.

11. Ready to use. Remember to clean it first.
