Installation
1) Using the key in the package, unscrew the anti-vandal screw on the bottom of the device (9).
2) Using a screwdriver, delicately lever along the edge of the bracket, near the side anchoring points
(12): in this way, the bracket (2) is released from the Wi-Fi video doorbell body.
3) Wire the cables to the terminals, taking care to comply with the connection order shown in point (17).
4) Screw the bracket to the wall, fixing firstly the upper hole and checking the correct vertical position,
then finally the bottom hole. To correctly position the Wi-Fi video doorbell, refer to the following figure
at the bottom.
5) To store photos and videos taken with the device, check that the SD-card is inserted in the slot
indicated in point (16).
Note: if necessary, the sd-card can be inserted in the slot from the side of the connectors with the
connectors facing the front of the Wi-Fi video doorbell.
6) Insert the terminal block in the related male connector and power up the device: it is now possible
to connect it to the VIEW Door app.
Close the Wi-Fi video doorbell and fix the closing screw only after having correctly connected the
doorbell to the app.
• App: Connection
1) To be connected to the VIEW Door app, the device requires a MyVimar account. If the account is not
available, create one at the link:
https://www.vimar.com/en/int/user/login
(The account can be created both on the web and using the app).
2) During the device configuration process the device will signal the state of the configuration through
the coloured state LEDs and through voice messages (only in English). The voice messages are
considered a support for configuration.
T3) On initial switch-on:
- you will hear the voice message: "Please use your mobile for Wi-Fi configuration"
- the state LED will be static blue (s7)
4) Check that the mobile phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network to which the device has to be
connected.
5) Open the App: tap on the login page and then on the Vimar icon at the bottom to enter the MyVimar
account.
The user manual, which can be downloaded from the website www.vimar.com, gives the
complete configuration procedure.
